This 1947-D Washington Quarter has been graded MS66 by PCGS and is encapsulated in a newer-style edge-view holder. The coin is very lustrous and has only a couple of small hits and marks of note. The coin also has nice original toning on both sides, mostly a golden color that becomes a little more bold at the rims where a more red-orange color is present. Though very lustrous, there is also some light haze present on each side that is only visible and certain angles of viewing. A flashy toned example of the date.
