| Here is a beautifully toned one ounce .999 fine 1998 Silver Eagle which has been graded MS67 by PCGS. Colorfully toned Silver Eagles can be found as pure silver is quite susceptible to toning. However, finding an example with attractive color on both sides of the coin is more difficult. The example here is a wonderfully toned example with toning that is mostly a bright yellow and golden color with a vibrant purple band which encircles an untoned central area. Along the rims on each side, more colors can be found including blue, pink and green hues. One of the most interesting looking and attractive Silver Eagles I have seen in awhile. |
