1946-D Walking Liberty Half PCGS MS65
The 1946-D Walking Liberty Half Dollar is the lowest mintage coin in the popularly collected 20-coin 1941-1947 Walking Liberty Half Dollar Short Set. This 1946-D Walking Liberty Half Dollar has been graded MS65 by PCGS and is encapsulated in one of their newer-style edge-view holders. The coin is bright white and lustrous on both sides as one would expect on a gem Walker. There is a faint haze on parts of the surfaces which is more noticeable in low light conditions. A few light marks are scattered about and the coin does have the typical weak strike in the center of the obverse design. Overall, a decent gem Walking Liberty Half Dollar with a relatively low mintage.
