This 1884-O Morgan Silver Dollar has been graded MS64* by NGC and is encapsulated in one of the newer-style edge-view holders. The coin has also been certified by CAC as being solid for the assigned grade. The star designation is given by NGC to coins with exceptional eye appeal. The coin has also been holdered with the reverse facing front to show off the beautiful crescent of rainbow color toning that is found around approximately one-third of the reverse rim. The coin has decent original mint luster that cartwheels around both sides of the coin and really helps the obverse rainbow color come to life. The reverse of the coin is completely toned in a medium golden and grey color. Light marks and minor hits can be found on both sides of the coin in the fields and on the high points of the design, but the coin appears to be a strong example for the assigned grade. Overall, this is a very eye appealing Morgan Dollar.
