1960 Roosevelt Dime ANACS PF65 DDO FS-103		SOLD

This 1960 Proof Roosevelt Dime has been graded PF65 by ANACS and is encapsulated in the older small white ANACS holder from many years ago. Of the smaller white ANACS holders, this is a very early variety with a two-letter and four-digit serial number. This dime is one of the doubled die obverse varieties. Please note that there are several doubled die obverse varieties for the 1960 Proof Roosevelt Dime. After close inspection, I believe this coin is the DDO variety which is designated as FS-103 in the Cherrypickers' Guide (although the old ANACS does not specify which particular DDO). The coin is moderately toned on both sides in a colorful, but somewhat inconsistent toning pattern. There are no marks or hits of note on the coin. An interesting example of a doubled die obverse Roosevelt Dime.
